The assignment done in FLASH_MAP_SETUP_CONFIG_ATTR did not apply the attribute to __flashdesc, and made it impossible to override it with FLASH_MAP_SETUP_CONFIG.

The assignment done in FLASH_MAP_SETUP_CONFIG_ATTR did not apply the attribute to __flashdesc, and made it impossible to override it with FLASH_MAP_SETUP_CONFIG.
